As a child with a far-flung family dotted across multiple continents, I understood time zones almost as soon as I could tell the time. Studying in various countries has given me a love of travel, cultures and meeting people. Those interests morphed into learning about how people communicate, influence and persuade each other. And eventually, I took a class in marketing. My background in the social sciences keeps me tied to analytics so marketing with the use of technology, and being able to apply metrics, has been fascinating from the very beginning.
