A Senior Relationship Manager with over 8 years experience in driving successful outcomes for my customers and colleagues. Having worked in service-related roles from a young age, I have developed into a relationship-focused, inquisitive and enthusiastic professional with strong interests in disruptive technologies, customer experience and business growth strategies. Currently these interests are being channeled into my role as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Twilio Segment, acting as a trusted advisor to challenge and transform the way businesses think about growth and customer experience.
