Four key roles (and two maternity leaves!) whilst Business Director for U-Studio. Initially led the setup of the global Refreshment studio within Unilever, before moving across to the global Home Care studio to expand the offering for that category. Also took on the challenge of implementing, growing and leading a new studio for the UK brand base at the Leatherhead Unilever office, hiring and establishing a team that grew to 30 people, and creating a steady monthly turnover that significantly contributed to U-Studio’s annual revenue. The studio grew to the second largest EMEA team in terms of net revenue, despite its regional nature.On return from my second maternity leave, I was asked to lead the rollout and growth of creative automation as a new offering at U-Studio globally. This has meant working across 21 studios within Unilever, with responsibility for step change and change management in this growth area for our business. I was promoted to Managing Partner 9 months into this role.

Account Lead on a successful pitch to win the business for the BMW used cars website. I opened, closed and moderated the pitch itself, and went on to lead the work for this account within the agency as Business Director.Alongside this, throughout my time as SAD, I was responsible for the smooth running and development of the Experian, Barclays, Clyde & Co and AA accounts, working with the MD and Managing Partner to ensure continued quality and growth. Focused on the quality of both internal and external relationships, I leveraged these to create effective, creative, efficient work.

Experience across Sainsbury's, Post Office and Barclays LifeSkills.Changes in the agency focus between digital and above the line allowed me to develop truly integrated skills managing TV, press, outdoor, digital and social campaigns. Developed reputation for ‘ruthless attention to detail’, whilst developing the strategic and commercial skills that led to my promotion to Account Director.

My main account during this period was Barclaycard for which my main focuses were digital / social media. As well as working on Brand briefs, I was responsible for the music sponsorship programme 'Unwind', specifically the maintenance and refresh of the website, and the two key events of the annual calendar - Wireless festival and the Mercury music awards.Won NABS Fast Forward course, pitching against other teams on a COI brief.

Reporting into the Managing Director, I worked across the client roster on accounts such as Energy Saving Trust spanning digital, print and DM. The boutique nature of the agency meant I was able to contribute additionally in areas outside account management including copywriting, art buying and invoicing.

Specialised in the production of online comms and websites/micro-sites for clients including BT, Comic Relief and P&G. Reported to an Account Manager and was responsible for much of the day to day running of the BT account.Team leader on Omnicom Graduate Induction Programme, pitching on a live brief for Braun to Braun representatives and agency heads.

Worked with ADTECH, a wholly owned subsidiary of AOL specialising in online ad-serving, full-time in the summer and part-time throughout my final year at University. Trained in Helios IQ – a global ad-serving technology programme, worked closely with Account Managers developing customer rapport skills, and assisted with sales, conducting research to reveal gaps in the Irish market.Was selected to attend the Omnicom Europe Summer School.
