Currently working within IT Programme Management. The main roles and responsibilities attributed to this current role include:- Undertaking procurement exercises for new Clinical Systems, including development of specification, tender processing, business case writing for executive decision making and managing and overseeing the implementation of these projects- Managing clinical and administrative teams in the business as usual service provision for 3 major Trust IT systems- Budget Management- Deputising the the Acting Head of IM&T in their absence- Compilation of reports to take to and discuss at Programme Board / Executive Team / Trust Board- Identification of Benefits and undertaking benefits baselining within programmes of work- Responsible for ensuring all future state processes are agreed and signed up to by relevant senior stakeholders ensuring effective use of newly delivered system functionality, value for money and maintaining patient safety
