Organized two annual conferences aimed at bringing together young sustainability professionals from the public, private and non-profit sectors to learn from each other during interactive "do-it" sessions. Conference themes were Sustainable Business & Social Entrepreneurship (2011) and Global Malnutrition and Food Security (2012). Instead of the usual conference breakout sessions, for these pioneering "do-it" sessions we invited various stakeholders to present their real sustainability challenge cases to conference attendees, who then spent the sessions working with other young professionals to come up with new solutions. My responsibilities included program development, recruiting participants and sponsors, marketing and communications.

Coordinated the selection, training, logistics, and participation of approximately 60 volunteers from more than 15 countries for Social Capital Markets' inaugural SOCAP Europe conference.
