-Led the HR function for a small software company that was ventured backed.-Revamped HR policies and programs and overhauled all benefits programs.-Served on a team responsible for opening a new office location in Dallas and staffing the team.-Led the staffing effort that resulted in doubling the employee population to support business growth.

-Member of the HR team serving a 500 person company specializing in software and business forms for tax and accounting professionals.-Staffed full-time and temporary roles in Sales, Business Development, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Software Development.-Served as lead HR and person, administering HR programs for 1 of 2.

-Supported the General Motors account as a pension administrator for hourly and salary retirees.-Served as a team lead to other pension representatives.-Interfaced directly with retirees and union stewards to resolve customer issues.
