Program Manager
Current- Supervise a team of 6 program staff members- Promote high staff morale through team building, effective communication, proactive supervisory practices, and facilitating a proactive work environment- Strategically plan methods to achieve operational goals and targets - Lead planning and achievement of goals and objectives consistent with the organization's mission and philosophy- Continually improve knowledge, skills, and performance based on feedback and self-identified professional development needs- Interpret and communicate new or revised policies to staff- Managed project to identify, lease, and establish new regional office completed in March 2023- Initiated audit processes to evaluate thoroughness of documentation and maintenance of facility standards- Continually maintain and improve the company's reputation and positive image in markets served
