In this role I instigated a number of survey evaluation projects to improve the survey such as a review of the design of the results reports. As part of my role I also provided advice on undertaking action on the survey results through both day-to-day queries and at the results presentations. As part of this role I managed the design and delivery of a new external recruitment system for middle/senior managers for DWP in 2003/2004.
