Responsible for editing health and medicine articles for Klarity Health library, developing excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills. Here I conduct grammar edits, amendments and fact and reference checking for 3 articles per week.

Key responsibilities included; handling customer queries, purchasing, pricing of goods and invoicing. Additionally, I learned to coordinate with the sales and service managers and to maintain professional working relationships with multiple suppliers. Required to work efficiently under stressful conditions, prioritising the most urgent tasks whilst still satisfying the needs of both the customer and the business.

Role involving extensive face-to-face customer interaction, requiring solid communication and problem-solving skills while also developing tools to handle conflict. I was entrusted with handling large sums of money and sales reports as well as being responsible for training new employees. This reflected my abilities as a reliable and dedicated team member.
