A Chou is an elegant, bite-sized puff with an adorable beret of sugar on top and filled with the lightest, most delicious cream imaginable. This Parisian pastry has not hit the street of New York yet but BARACHOU’s mission is to change that.In the same way that macarons expended New Yorkers pastry horizons, the Chou will introduce people to the delight of a sophisticated puff pastry that comes in a variety of creamy flavors and colorful tops. New York, like Paris, is a city of neighborhoods where people thrives on finding a local gathering spot and where people can meet and enjoy a sweet -- such as a Chou -- over coffee.
