Coordinated department functions/team building events for 20 employees and 6 managers. Successfully planned and executed special event for group of 90 industry professionals, sight unseen for annual networking conference. Developed and presented multiple informative PowerPoint presentations for 2 offices and multiple departments as well as create presentations for the Director to use for business development. Worked with HR and upper management to train new employees on existing and new programs. Participate in many conferences and FAM trips to report back to staff and directors on new products. Attended conventions while doing presentations on company’s newest products and industry updates. Came up with and made presentation on ideas to improve old processes.Recipient of the Richard Gallardo Award for Excellence in the Industry 2019 to 2020.
