I actively partner across functions to address and resolve concerns fore over 100 customers – tailoring solutions and communicating them clearly to my clients' leadership teams. By understanding and evaluating the unique needs of each account, I am able to recommend process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness. Using tools like Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics 4, and Google Ads, I serve as a consultant to strengthen my clients' success metrics. I also play a key role in training new team members and expanding our mid-market account business to drive consistent revenue growth.

I am so proud of the work we're doing for the Richmond, VA community! This 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization is designed to enhance girls’ social, emotional, and physical skills. In collaboration with other community leaders on the Board of Directors, I focus on analyzing data to influence decision making about new programming, to boost engagement, and to improve events. With organizational direction as the top priority, I also love volunteering my time to execute large-scale community events and serve as a coach during the annual summer camp. I contributed innovative ideas and public relations best practices to enhance the university's communication strategies. To optimize PR initiatives and social media campaigns, I built relationships with with photography and videography teams to produce high-quality content for effective campaigns. Working with the school's athletes, I facilitated weekly Q&A sessions for groups of 12-15 students, coaching and strengthening each team member's skill sets to drive performance.
