Administrative Assistant
Current- Balance and maintain good communication with clients, attorneys and other interpersonal relationships within the cluster and the firm.
- Type and draft letters, memos, labels, envelopes, work reports, bills, travel expenses reports and other reports and forms as required and proof for accuracy.
- Input time entry and prepare client billing.
- Keep meticulous records of all documents created and executed
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients in person and over the phone. Answer client questions related to the administrative side of the process.
- Manage and maintain lawyers' busy schedules and calendars.
