I managed the 8 person graphics team, responsible for 28 phone directories in the western united states, built and maintained two websites, handled all customer and professional relations, and was responsible for developing/producing a directory on disc product.In my time at the local pages I was able to transition them from analog-to-plate to digital pre-press. Enabling the company to triple the directories produced, increasing sales by well over 50% in one year. The Directory on a disc product increased sales by over 100,000.00 in the first test market.
