Barostim Coordinator Regional Manager

Working directly with the marketing team, sales team and contracted vendors to grow the company brand. A key focus in this role is to connect directly with potential patients making inquiries through social media and television campaigns or by organic physical referrals to make an assessment as to their suitability for implantation. If suitable, arrange and ensure direct referrals to specialists, coordinate appointments, liaise with Barostim representatives. Educate and empower all candidates throughout their journey to implant. Provide post implant support and information as needed.
Patient Coordinator – East Coast
Working remotely, I am one of only 2 coordinators recruited into this inaugural role. Tasked with providing highly effective coordination services across the entire East Coast for patients receiving the new Barostim implant by CVRx to help with their chronic symptoms of heart disease. A key focus for me in this role is to connect directly with potential patients making inquiries through website campaigns to make an assessment as to their suitability for implantation. I then arrange and ensure direct referrals to specialists, coordinate appointments, liaise with CVRx sales team representatives, and work with patients through the whole process from start to finish, then through post implantation to ensure their complete satisfaction and health success. During just a few months I have delivered the following business and patient successes and outcomes:Effective management of a rotating case load of approximately 200 clients. I have successfully assisted in the coordination and planing of multiple medical implantation procedures. I manage referrals to approximately 50 hospitals, 75 doctors. I coordinate with 20 sales representatives and managers across the East Coast. I have been integral to the successful launch of all initial systems and procedures for this new market where I ensured alignment of all systems with operational, legal, and patient care requirements.
