• Responsible for entry to the executive level roles both in technical and functional categories across the United States.• Understand the requirements of each client and each vacancy to carry out the recruitment process according to their needs.• Assist in the organization of candidate interviews with clients, preparation of candidates, and follow-up after their interviews.• Sourced, screened, scheduled interviews, and managed candidates throughout hiring processes and salary negotiations.• Utilized various Internet recruitment sites and portals like DICE, Career Builder, Monster, LinkedIn, and Google Search.• Provided Full Life Cycle Recruiting including sourcing, interviews, technical exams, presentation, the closing of candidates, and starting of the hiring process.• Develop and maintained a solid pipeline of qualified, industry-specific candidates resulting in a steady flow of prospective hires.• Proactively manage sources used to generate candidate pipeline with limited supervision.• Good experience in sourcing processes for deferent employment statuses like W2, Corp-to-Corp, Contract to Hire, and 1099 for U.S. Citizens, GC, H1B, TN, and EAD holders.
