Charged with creating and implementing strategies in frontline channels for the West Division to maintain 100% staffing levels in Call Centers, Direct Sales, Retail Sales, and others making up a third of all hires annually in the West Division. Responsible for managing a team of three Recruiting Business Partners, RPO vendor partners and acting as a consultant for regional teams. Responsible for 2,300 hires annually across 14 West Division Call Centers, located in seven states in the Western U.S.

Responsible for leading the full life-cycle recruiting process and placing candidates for my organization’s clients. This included sourcing, screening, submitting candidates, as well as managing the interview and hiring process.
