As a General Manager at a boat dealership, I oversee all daily operations, ensuring seamless business processes, optimal inventory management, and outstanding customer satisfaction. My role includes managing and mentoring sales teams, setting and achieving sales targets, handling financial management (including budgeting and profitability), and maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers. I also ensure compliance with industry standards and handle high-level customer issues.In my role as Marketing Manager, I develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth. I plan and execute advertising campaigns, manage digital and traditional marketing efforts, and create compelling promotional materials. By analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, I adjust strategies to maximize impact. I also oversee our social media presence, coordinate events and boat shows, and work closely with the sales team to generate and convert leads.

SFRS shall provide readiness and assistance throughout the state to ensure the geographically dispersed Service Members and their Families have access to information, resources and services to support their unit personal and Family readiness. Provide awareness of the existence and nature of benefits and entitlements to servicemembers, veterans, retirees, and their immediate family members.Additionally, ensuring the Army National Guard Commanders have access to volunteer training, management, and recognition services and support to enable their Unit Soldier and Family Readiness Program.
