    At end of Q4 2018 and due to an influx of tech needs I moved over to fully support and lead TA strategy and operations for all technology specific organizations at WFM HQ. Organizations supported were Digital eCommerce, Enterprise Information and Business Systems Delivery, Network/Infrastructure/Security, Point of Sale and Supply Chain, and PMO/Product and Solution Architecture.Led a TA team of 8 - 5 Recruiters, 2 Sourcers, and 1 Project Manager-2019 total tech hires as of July: 166 FTEs-2018 total tech hires: 173 FTEsTA Pilots I led and implemented:-Tech Mixers - Events created to enhance WFM as a place to work within the Austin tech community. This included creating a custom WFM tech landing page showcasing our opportunities, our leaders, and a look into our culture. Sponsored advertising was used to target tech talent and drive interest. Venue selection was onsite at WFM HQ. Advised, created the agenda, and guided the flow of event day. 1 hire made from the second event. -Mega Hiring Day - First attempt at WFM to have a concerted effort to fill multiple roles within Tech. This focus was on Project Management positions across multiple technology organizations. Target was 17 openings, we filled 5.-Technical Assessment Testing - Within the Digital eCommerce team there was a need to hire 15+ Full Stack Engineers. Technical phone screens were taking 20+ hours' time in a month's period to yield 2 offers and no hires. In partnership with the hiring manager I did an RFP and took a closer look at 3 technical assessment vendors. We piloted 1 vendor's tool which lessened technical phone screens by half, and in the end led to 3-4 offers and 2-3 hires per month. Under the original process within 4 months we made 3 hires, whereas under the new process we made 10 hires within 6 months.
