My journey has included both very large, medium sized, and small enterprises, across multiple industries, and has always been focused on driving revenue/profit growth and delivering operational excellence.As an entrepreneur, I have successfully delivered on all aspects of running business operations, including Sales, Service Delivery, Finance, HR, IT, and Board Representation. As a medium-sized and large company professional earlier in my career, I had phenomenal mentorship to learn how to deliver both external and internal operational excellence, including creating a culture that commits to the setting of policies, practices and procedures, digging for the root causes of problems/issues, faithfully implementing permanent fixes, dynamically allocating resources, accurately contributing to forecasts and budgets, and always speaking with data. I've spent decades leveraging data analytics and techniques to refine performance, including now embracing AI and cloud-based platforms to boost the timeliness and paths to success. Building strong relationships and fostering a collaborative culture is something I value deeply, and I believe understanding (and fully appreciating) a team's needs is key to driving sustainable success for the company, customers, and stakeholders.I spent my career being chosen to tackle the most complex challenges and turning them into initiatives of pride.
