In the role of State Coordinator for the Mukhyamantri Maka Mission at Krushi Bhawan in Odisha, a big project was tackled across 45 blocks and 15 districts. Think of it like being the captain of a huge ship, steering through uncharted waters with precision. The job meant building strong connections with various government bodies, local stakeholders, and groups of farmers to make sure everything needed was right where it should be.Building BridgesCreating solid partnerships was key ensuring that everyone from top officials to local maize growers were on board and moving together towards common goals.Spreading KnowledgeThere were loads of outreach efforts too! Picture someone going village to village like a town crier from days gone by but armed with modern knowledge about farming best practices instead. Training sessions got rolled out; tips on better farming floated around helping boost how much corn each farmer could grow.The work really paid off by making agriculture more sustainable in those areas while also bumping up crop yields significantly—a win-win for everyone involved!

Creating Women Empowerment through formation and management of Women Self- Help Groups & Self-Help Federation.Develop SHG level microenterprise projects (i.e., Incense Sticks, Honey gathering, Leaf Plate making, Turmeric processing, Pickle making, marketing of Ragi, Black gram, Horse gram, Pigeon Pea, Garbanzo beans etc.Linking the WSHGs with formal financial institutions

Providing comprehensive technical guidance to field professionals regarding the promotion and management of women-centric FPO initiatives, encompassing both farm and non-farm sectors in Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Khordha and Puri DistrictsUndertaking strategic decision-making responsibilities, offering strong leadership, and providing clear directives to project professionals for effective implementation.Establishing and maintaining fruitful relationships with clients, fostering strong and collaborative working partnerships.Taking proactive measures to promote livelihood initiatives in mining affected areas of Sundargarh district.Actively coordinating and collaborating with multiple line departments to facilitate the convergence of state and central government schemes.Developing and enhancing the skills, instincts, abilities, processes, and resources necessary for the survival, adaptation, and prosperity of FPCs and the communities they serve.

Supported by HDFC BankProvide facilitation and guidance to the FPCs in the planning and execution of their activities, fostering their overall growth and development.Ensure the proper functioning of the Producer Companies by implementing robust systems and procedures, enabling efficient operations and governance.Foster convergence with relevant programs and schemes of the Government of Odisha, aiming to introduce new technologies, infrastructure, IT applications, market access, and credit linkage. This convergence will ensure the availability of end-to-end services for the FPC members.
