Dealing with candidates from all over the world, with different backgrounds and cultures, selecting and interviewing appropriate candidates for the opportunity to work at the London 2012 Olympics - April to September next year. Target set across 15-20 Assessment Centres was 70%, achieved an average of 96%, contributing to the delivery of over 5000 candidates.
