Design and deliver strategic communication plans for ADL, the sole distributor of Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia's products. Internally partnering with Human Resources Department to design and develop educational materials for employees. Externally design strategic communication plan for corporate and the brands (Bali Hai Premium, Draft Beer, El Diablo Original, and Panther Black Beer). Responsible for public relations and digital media marketing for Bali Hai Brewery Indonesia's brands from content production, media placement, to media relationship management. Successfully supported the relaunch of Panther Black Beer, Indonesia's first beer brewed with 4 malts, and Draft Beer 2, Indonesia's first beer in 220ml.

Maintain and develop client-business relationships on a daily basis, develop creative solutions for existing clients, as well as pursue new clientele opportunities.

Responsible to deliver social media and content strategy for fashion enthusiasts. Projects handled including digital activities and partnerships.

Responsible to manage social media presence on all relevant platforms. Close liason with other parts of the organization to help “integrate and educate” on social effort.Research and present new ideas and a business case focused on the organization’s targets.
