Basing the website on getting the best customer/UX (user experience) rather than what the business thinks the customer needs, though analytics and site usage- Create and edit user friendly content as well as HTML code for website- Create an end to end service for customers to be able to transact online- Manage, market and promote services through multiple social media accounts using ads to generate custom/income- Liaise and build relationships with corporate services, external partners and stakeholders to cross promote services- Create videos and design artwork using third party software for promotional use- Lead officer for Channel Optimisation for creating efficiencies through channel shift- Research more efficient ways where the service can save money to reduce the risk of cuts- Liaise with corporate stakeholders to see how we can work together to improve our service to customers whilst also working together with corporate teams- Digital Champion lead to assist and support development and roll out of software and digital services within the service- GDPR lead for service

I then work with file owners/managers to encourage them to cleanse the space that they are using to ensure best use for storage of electronic documentation/records on the network drive.
