Peerless exports trailers to countries all over the world and provides quality heavy duty on-off highway trailers that operate in the harshest climates on earth.Responsibilities include;- Update existing designs for customer specific changes to the trailer model.- Update existing designs for better manufacturability.- Provide support for the sales team in design and quoting process.- Ground-up design of new trailer models and components.- Provide shop support throughout the build process of the trailer.- Working in Creo 2.0 to create a 3D representation of the trailer models to create manufacturing drawings.- Working within AutoCAD to create 2D air and electrical schematics and/or routing diagrams.- Directing/supporting outsourced engineering teams in design projects.
