I partner with 100+ volunteers to support a group of 50 Portland-area high school students committed to pursuing their college dreams. Students invest their time on Saturdays for 3 years to prepare themselves for life in college and beyond.

I am one of the volunteers at Minds Matter Portland, an all-volunteer tutoring/mentoring organization for Portland-area high school students aspiring to attend a 4-year college or university. I have been the Executive Director since 2017.

My team ensures that our North American Distribution Network is balanced and able to support and accelerate adidas' future growth. We guide decisions about where to add network capacity, what type of capacity to add, and how to position the different types of business within our network to optimize for cost and service.

I led a variety of Supply Chain improvement efforts across the organization.

I managed a department of 10 who drove operational excellence within our North American wholesale business unit. The team brought a strong background in distribution, customer service, transportation and packing solutions to meet our business challenges every day and to drive immediate and lasting benefits for our business partnerships. We ensure that as Columbia Sportswear and our retailers grow and innovate, we remain efficient and integrated to drive global supply chain velocity and efficiency.Our focus is on ensuring a seamless integration of Columbia's end-to-end supply chain processes with those of our customers. Through our cross-functional partnerships, we manage EDI partnerships, customer growth and DC network expansion plans, vendor compliance program requirements, legal agreements and negotiations, manufacturing plans and product expediting, Sales issues, invoicing concerns, and everything in between.

Worked hand in hand with cross-functional teams at Columbia and with wholesale retailer partners to develop, implement, and monitor supply chain strategies. Successfully led retailers representing over $150 million in annual revenue through a dramatic overhaul of Columbia's ERP system and modifications to our business processes. This involved multiple years of planning, face-to-face meetings with supply chain teams, and extensive impact and risk assessments.Reduced annual compliance claims by over $100k within the first year of taking ownership of my retailer account base.
