Obscura Wakeskates was an idea I had while riding for Liquid Force as a professional wakeskater. In 2008, Danny Hampson and I teamed up with Liquid Force to launch the brand. Since then, we have built an amazing team, released a full length team video, and captured nearly half of the sales in the industry in 2011 according to Transworld Business.

Monster collaborated with Obscura in 2010 to hold the Monster Energy Obscura Championships. This event, a unique "line style" format, was the first of it's kind. We incorporated the usual pool gap style contest and followed it with a set of ledges. Riders were judged on the line they threw down instead of just one trick.

-Participated in scheduling of the Free 4 All demo tour. Drove across the country to various wake parks, managing athletes, coordinating with park managers, facilitating set up and tear down of each event.-Professional athlete involved in various marketing campaigns. I have been working with and riding for DVS for 10 years now. I am so happy to have been involved with such an amazing brand since day one of my career. In 2011, DVS launched the Sandbar Series and released the first Obscura Shoe. We have our second shoe coming out in 2012, and the Sandbar Series is doing well. Look for more Obscura/DVS products in the future.
