⭐ Book your free leadership coaching call today! ⭐ https://usemotion.com/meet/amy-reed/p672svr?d=30The needs of today's student-athletes are rapidly changing. Old coaching paradigms are no longer effective in achieving the goal of building resilient, accountable athletes and winning teams. Being a coach in today's world is one of the most difficult jobs anyone can take on. Parents are more involved in their child's athletic experience than ever before, and great coaches are leaving the profession in droves due to lack of support and burnout. It's reassuring to observe the increased number of resources available for student-athletes today as they far exceed the resources that were available to me as a former Division I athlete in the early 2000's. Mental health support, sports psychology, nutrition and recovery resources, and broader resources to support social-emotional wellbeing are just a few examples of how student-athletes have greater access to support services than ever before. Athletic directors and coaches, on the other hand, are being continually asked to do more with less, to wear many hats and be expected to do all of them well, to motivate athletes who were raised on instant gratification, to handle overinvolved parents (yes, they still exist at the collegiate level!), to teach athletes with zero leadership and communication skills how to lead themselves and others, and ultimately, to win games. It's no wonder great coaches are leaving the profession - even the best athletic directors who are strong leaders can only do so much to provide the necessary support to their coaches. We are committed to keeping great coaches in coaching by partnering with leaders in athletics to help navigate its everchanging landscape. We are "The Coaches' Coach", providing support in a career path that can be both incredibly rewarding AND thankless. We offer:⭐1:1 leadership development for coaches⭐Athletic department or individual team culture analysis and development⭐A way to get the parents of your athletes fully on board in just 30 minutes⭐Group coaching and staff development so you can focus on your role or team⭐Leadership development for your captainsWe are here to help you so you can focus on what matter most: serving your student-athletes, building great leaders and humans, and ACTUALLY coaching your team.
