Reed Merrill is a Chief of Party, Usaid Lestari at Tetra Tech. He possess expertise in capacity building, natural resource management, international development, climate change adaptation, proposal writing and 40 more skills. He is proficient in Indonesian. Colleagues describe him as "Mr. Reed Merrill is a COP and my direct supervisor of mine. I work here as a senior management staff and due to the position I had to work day to day operation, technical and administrative purpose under his leadership. In my 10 years experience with many different COPs, I found Mr. Merrill is an outstanding leader and mentor for the team who can inspire and motivate team to turn the impossible in practical outcome objectively. He has an excellent development ideology that leads us to see the development dynamics with a clear vision.
