During my tenure, I scaled up business growth through critical Supply Chain Efficiencies i.e. Best in Logistics Planning, Geography-based and Demand-driven Inventory Optimization & Delivery Planning, Industry-beating Stock Turn Indices, Planogram Implementation and so on. It was my job to ensure smooth execution of Last Mile Omni-Channel Delivery Project (2 Hour Fastest Expert Delivery), in close partnership with leading E-Commerce market places.Successful in driving merchandise availability enhancement process at CoCo, Shop-in-Shop & Franchisee - strong customer centric processes; store replenishment & inventory rebalancing - 500 stores across 25 warehouses. Holds the distinction of representing the customer to ensure that orders are properly sourced, executed, and delivered; troubleshot the fulfillment issues in E-commerce Shipping, CRM, Inventory Management Systems, Order and COD Reconciliation Processes.

Administering the warehouse functions of Western Regions at Mumbai, Pune, Indore, and Ahmedabad is a part of my job profile. I was entrusted with the responsibility of managing project related materials for Broad Band, Enterprise Business, National Long Distance, and Metro Ethernet Project.
