-Handling internal communication of Center of Excellence with GPS departments.-Coordinating with GPS department for arranging management operational meetings.-Utilizing available sources (SharePoint, Power BI etc.) for reports automating.-Maintain GPS internal portal structure and apply frequent changes based on request. -Involved in Business Partnership activities with internal & External customers.-Facilitating management meetings, capturing and sharing minutes of meetings action items.-Handling data gathering for department reports.-Preparing and sharing issued reports with concerned personal & departments.-Communicating with IT & internal costumers to collect and convert reporting business requirement into dashboards
