CurrentResponsibilities -- Handling Recruitment & Manpower requirement analysis.- HR operations - joining formalities, Employee handbook, induction & orientation.- Design, drives, maintain, support and implement HR policies and programs.- Engaging employee's through strategic initiatives.- Ensuring end to end employee cycle (Onboarding, Induction, Database management, HRIS (ZOHO).- Recognition scheme & Employees engagement Initiatives.- Handling employee's relations and performance.- Nurturing a positive working environment.- HR MIS: -* Update all HR MIS reports at every new joining, new increment, new separation on daily, weekly andmonthly basis.
