Provided analytical and administrative support for key informant interviews, led analysis and synthesis of interview data, supported manuscript writing, and supported crosscutting functions, including liaising with domestic and global stakeholders and writing a summary of literature review findings on gender mainstreaming. Coauthored manuscript and submitted for publication.

Led state’s largest health promotion effort, Nevada Wellness, aimed at tackling chronic disease prevention. Designed evidence-based program to increase physical activity among rural Nevada youth and provided technical assistance to stakeholders to implement project. Developed first-ever six-week wellness challenge for state employees, generating full participation from more than 300 individuals. Assembled statewide committee to provide productive channel for voicing employee workplace concerns to organization leadership.

Led strategic planning initiatives to develop Advocacy & Communications Strategy to advocate for access to comprehensive, quality health care for people living with HIV/AIDS and TB, and youth access to SRH education. Planned 7th Provincial Tuberculosis Conference for over 60 stakeholders and organizations to discuss annual goals in tuberculosis control and prevention, Wrote grant proposals and budgets in conjunction with CHEP leadership for USAID and PEPFAR projects. Managed strategic communications and social media to demonstrate CHEP’s impact.

Analyzed quantitative data of traffic stops by police departments in 100 North Carolina counties using STATA to explore associations in police accountability and race relations. Collected, sorted, and coded demographic data for 1000+ U.S. executions to contribute to publications on capital punishment policies.

Raised $15,000+ in seed funding to launch non-profit promoting physical and mental health among young, low-income girls in NC. Contributed to health curriculum design and development; event planning and implementation; managed staff, counselors, and volunteers of 25+; facilitated trainings; and created metrics to measure and evaluate organizational impact.
