Driving value creation: I conceptualised and led the delivery of the organization’s subscription-based business model, the primary-driver of which was our research program. The subscription business grew from just under 100 subscribers to over 1000+ subscribers in a span of two quarters.Delivering research strategy: Launched the company’s research program using research methodologies, frameworks and data driven research to showcase insights.Content creation: Delivered research insights in the form of research reports, academic content and presentations. Launched the company’s complete range of research content, from daily pre-market trackers to daily newsletters, weekly addendums, company reports, monthly market trackers and academic learning content for readers. The Know More Series was a range of academic learning articles that provided readers educational content, that could be practically used in understanding market driven strategies.Macroeconomic analysis and commentary: Published analysis and insights on economic data releases from the US and Canada on a daily basis. This helped investors gauge market sentiment right after the data was released.Company analysis and market events: Researched the top stocks that were the focus of our trading strategy and provided research content like detailed company analysis, quarterly results update and presentations on important company events. Prepared and delivered presentations on events that lead to a shift in market sentiment.Leading successful start-up operations: From launching the research desk to creation and delivery of research content, I was also part of customer service operations and the launch of the company’s website.
