Building Solcare, a healthtech startup solving for healthcare providers. Solcare offers the industry's first platform for Hospitals to digitize operations and reach patients in tier 3+ towns.

- Responsible for customer net adds and revenue generation across product portfolio- Handling revenue base of approx. 230 Mn and customer base of 1.9 Mn- Managing stakeholders across different cross functional teams-Sales, SCM, Finance, Branding, IT,Vendors- for designing and implementing various aspects of product to meet launch deadlines- Collaborating with CVM team to plan & execute customer usage & retention initiatives- Responsible for churn management and a million MoM SIM inventory & number management - Formulate GTM strategies, communication plan for new products & campaigns and analyze product interventions done with BI team- Two of the process changes implemented got replicated nationally leading to superior customer experience

Consumer Sales stint ( 4 months)- Contributed to distribution expansion focusing on depth and width through new outlet additions, outlet winbacks, outlet pulsing and increasing product penetration- Maintained or increased distributor KPIs achieving highest growth in data focus products- Benchmarked competition processes & products through retailers, distributors and DSE interviews- Achieved highest daily average for eKYC activations through planned campaigns at key retailer points - Focused on sales force enablers and engagement activities as motivators for growthCorporate Sales (VBS) Stint (3 months)The main objective of the project was to drive Mobility Acquisitions of given NC accounts nationally.- Understood current account landscape through primary and secondary research and developed approach towards entry/extraction from them- Designed Account Tracker closing communication gaps and developed Mobility Pitch Model for tailored offerings to match client needs- Coordinated with Acquisition Managers & Account SPOCs at NHQ successfully organising sales camps at 9 HQ accounts and 2 NHQ locations converting major clientsConsumer Marketing Stint ( 4 months)Main objective of the project was to increase data unique user penetration among HVC segment- Analysed CVM customer segments for targeted product offering and potential mapping- Developed Mobile Internet Performance Tracker as an enabler for store executives to focus efforts - Worked with zonal sales team on pilot run of a new product implementing feedback for scaled launch

Worked with the Sales & Marketing team of Haryana Circle, one of the leadership circle of Vodafone to understand voice and data usage behavior of customers. As part of the project-- Conducted extensive market study to gather consumer insights on usage pattern- Performed comparative analysis of leading operators to recommend growth measures- Worked directly with the sales team to improve retailer experience focusing on service to trade- Awarded Pre-Placement Offer for overall performance during the period of internship

- Worked on the electric characterization of Silicon Microwires and Microwire-Polymer Junction with a team of 4 members led by Prof. Derek Oliver. The aim was to explore applications in water splitting cell systems to store and harness solar energy- Studied the effect of bending of Silicon Micro wires on I-V Characteristics and resistance, subsequent research on which was continued after the internship duration.
