Now seen as a national exemplar this high impact social value project is delivered for the benifit of the most vulnerable & marginalised people in our community! I have helped design & then driven forward a now celebrated Police project focussing on young people in , or on, the periphery of gang & knife crime. My Back Yard (MYBKYD) is a sister project to the Community Initiative To Reduce Violence (CIRV) and provides Support , Learning and Job Interventions that change lives.

A sustainability champion - I have completed work with the University of Northampton, coordinating Social Impact for the £330M Waterside Construction Project. Helping first to identify and look for mutual ways of capturing and reporting Social Impact then acting as the link between the University its partners and the main Construction Contractors, ensuring ‘’good stuff’’ is reported and is of benefit to all.
