With over 12 years of work experience in the public and private sectors, I am a Train Driver at GTR, where I operate and maintain trains, ensure safety and reliability, and provide excellent customer service. Before joining GTR, I was a Prison Officer at HMPS, where I supervised and supported offenders, maintained order and security, and delivered rehabilitation programs. I have developed skills in communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and resilience, and I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of others.
