Hello! I am currently a student at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro working towards my Bachelor's degree in Psychology. I have a part-time position working in Guest Services at Lowes Foods. In my role I interact with guests to provide them with a positive shopping experience. I help in various departments such as Front Porch, Lowes To-Go, and Floral. I ensure that guests receive a high-quality and sufficient service during each transaction. In To-go I prioritize that orders are shopped correctly and delivered at the preferred time. In addition to these, I am tasked with completing store inventories and ensuring that items are stocked correctly in each department. I am passionate about learning new things and involving myself in the community. I am always looking for new opportunities to acquire skills and increase my professional capabilities!
