P&L responsibility for facilities with combined net revenue of $45M, net income of $18M and an employee base of 200+• Assembled and led a 7-member team in turning around the financial and operational performance of the 5 portfolio businesses, driving top-line revenue growth, expense reduction, supply chain consolidation and the creation of a first-ever data analytics management program, all resulting in an aggregate 10% incremental boost to net income.• Managed 5 separate joint venture boards comprised of senior hospital executives and physician investor leaders, guiding board members in addressing the strategic imperatives of their business.
