A group of 30 staff.Responsibilites ranged from Guest Relations, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office, Procurement and stock control and general maintenance. Dealt with the day to day running of the hotel and sorted out guests complains and issues. Organised excursions, trips and safaris on a frequent basis and was also responsible for transfers to and from the airports.
