Refilwe Diale is the CEO of Ubuntu Environmental Services. She has experience within the environmental management services industry. Prior to establishing Ubuntu Environmental Services, she spent time as an environmental consultant at an internationally recognised environmental company.Refilwe holds a Masters of Arts (MA) in Environmental Management. Refilwe is a young black entrepreneur, who has a vision to be part of a number of internationally recognised networks, which drive the transformation of businesses on the African continent.Refilwe is also an alumni of the Young African Leadership Initiative, a flagship programme of the Mandela Washington Fellowship.
