Following my six year term as Chair of the Board of Trustees, I am delighted to have been elected an Honorary Vice President of the charity, so I am able to keep a good level of involvement in an organisation with whom I am so proud to be associated.

Dignify is working across all spheres of community to build & share a new narrative for healthy relationships so children & young people can inherit a future that is free from sexual abuse or objectification. Dignify works in secondary schools to end the normalised culture of sexual harassment & objectification, through lessons, assemblies & workshops. The Dignify School survey enables evidence based resources. Dignify also helps schools with their essential ‘whole school response’ with a Whole School Lesson Pack. 21 lessons plans. 3 for each year 7–13 exploring championing healthy relationships, the harms of porn & defying social norms & objectification. Dignify also does parent workshops and teacher CPD. More recently, in primary schools Dignify has begun Parent & Child Workshops.

Working as an independent, self-financing and not-for-profit media content regulator, the BBFC operates transparent, consistent and trusted co-regulatory and self-regulatory classification and labelling systems in the UK.The Advisory Panel on Children's Viewing (APCV) was set up by the BBFC to provide advice on issues relating to the classification of works for children.

Elected to the Council of the ASA in April 2016. The ASA Council is the jury that decides whether ads have breached the Advertising Codes. The Council is made up of two panels – broadcast and non-broadcast – I sit on both panels.

I was appointed by the Government to lead an Independent Review into the Commercialisation and Sexualisation of Childhood. This was published in 2011 as "Letting Children be Children" (see link), and I have since acted as an independent adviser on ensuring the recommendations of that review were implemented and further developed.
