As BNY’s Head of Digital, he spearheaded the firm's enterprise-wide digital strategy, driving significant investments in digital assets, innovation, partnerships, data & analytics, artificial intelligence, and client experience.Throughout his career, Roman has consistently launched and scaled growth initiatives while leading transformational agendas for financial institutions across North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific.
