Information Technology Operations Manager
CurrentAs an IT Operations Manager, l play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the IT Service Desk department within our organization. My primary responsibility are to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all IT systems, infrastructure, and services while aligning them with the company's overall business objectives. I am responsible for leading a team of IT professionals, coordinating projects, managing resources, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to internal stakeholders. In this position I Oversee the handling of IT incidents and problems, ensuring timely resolution, root cause analysis, and implementation of preventive measures to minimize future disruptions. This role includes establishing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) for IT services, monitor performance metrics, and ensure the team meets or exceeds defined service levels to provide the best service to our clients. I am responsible for Identifying opportunities for process improvements, automation, and optimization of IT operations, fostering a culture of innovation and effiecieny within the team.
