As a Data Imaging Specialist/Compliance Coordinator, I engage in a routine of recruiting activities which include but are not limited to:• Translates technical information into clear, readable documents to be used by technical and non-technical personnel.• Responsible for integrating the graphics generated with automated tools and deliverable documents• Manages medical records, applications, drug screens, and criminal background checks for clients• Coordinates compliance documents to review utilizing unique vendor management systems• Verifies state and national license• Ensures accurate data indexing of Healthcare Professionals using a database application.• Indexes, reviews and enters required metadata using a software application within the standard time-frame.• Inspects documents for legitimacy, ensuring any/all questionable documents are reviewed by management.• Performs a thorough review of submitted application, ensures complete and accurate data entry of required/appropriate information into the company’s propriety software program.• Completes appropriate documentation and notification of any disciplinary actions.
