While I thrived as a full-stack software developer, my career has continually guided me toward leadership. Scaling organizations to work effectively as teams of teams has been my specialty for the last 10 years. This work has allowed me to work with individuals at all levels of organizations to better understand themselves and how they can bring their whole and best selves to work. These opportunities have been deeply rewarding and leadership remains my primary focus. I understand firsthand why teamwork is the ultimate competitive advantage—and how rare it is for most people to experience the true potential of high-functioning, deeply collaborative teamwork.As a licensed Professional Scrum Trainer with scrum.org since 2018, I have helped organizations navigate complex challenges by teaching PSM, PSM-A, APS, PAL-E, and PAL-EBM courses and applying their principles and practices. Scrum.org was instrumental in my own success, and I’m passionate about giving back by helping others grow and succeed. My goal is to foster environments where teams can collaborate, innovate, learn safely, and deliver meaningful outcomes. Being a PST also connects to me a global group of experts and thought leaders. My diverse technical background enables me to focus on the most important patterns and principles, while recognizing that collective team intelligence far surpasses individual effort. I've worked with C++, C#, .net, asp.net, go, and more in my career. Constantly I have sought learning from the best books and experts. Which allows me to bring a deep understanding of modern software development practices, including test-driven development, pair and ensemble programming, test automation, clean code, and high-energy retrospectives. I’ve guided teams in implementing these techniques, resulting in greatly increased collaboration and higher-quality outcomes.At my core, I believe in the power of an agile mindset to unlock potential and deliver real value to customers.
