Expanded scope of responsibilities beyond solely creating new lines of business to encompass ensuring all new and alternate lines of business become fully viable, stable, and successful before handoff to long-term management. This reconceptualization includes a heavy emphasis on long-term profitability and integration with existing business, as well as development of company-wide infrastructure and resources to ensure the success of all lines of business and all company departments.

Hired to replicate my prior work with the HGE expansion team, I’ve taken total ownership of corporate expansion, revenue diversification, vertical integration, and scalable systems for a behavioral health company. Doubled company size in <9 months, integrating ancillary services to cut cost and increase quality of care, and elevating company systems to allow for continuous, sustainable expansion. I also handle in-house legal and regulatory matters for the company.

•Secured licensure of the largest Montessori child care/school network in the United States in only 3 years, solo. Doubled it in year 4 with 1 hire.•Licensed and opened 80+ campuses in 16 states. The vast majority opened on time or early.•Fought a NYC Department of Health order to close our emergency child care centers during the COVID-19 outbreak and won in 21 minutes.*Fought a MSDE attempt to restrain our truthful, non-misleading commercial speech and won in 4 business hours.•Negotiated what appears to be the only New York Dept. of Education blanket consent to open K-12 schools in existence.•Trailblazed a previously-unused statutory pathway to network-wide exemption from licensure for Illinois preschool classrooms over the strong objections of IL DCFS.•Cut new center licensure time in New York City from 4.5 months for 1st campus to 5.5 weeks for 2nd campus, a city record.•Reduced required regulatory travel for each new campus by 50% over 4 years.•Pitched policy proposals for COVID-19 emergency care to multiple states. California, Illinois, and Texas implemented my proposals via emergency regulations.•Went into each state cold, built relationships, learned the local law, and successfully opened new schools. •Won numerous concessions and waivers previously thought unattainable in the industry.•Solely owned the company insurance portfolio, immigration, corporate governance, and risk management in my "spare time" until Fall 2019.

•Built grassroots network for the StopSB249 campaign, killing a widely popular bill in committee despite strong support by the party leadership and the Senate President Pro Tempore. Ruined Senator Yee's Secretary of State campaign fundraising, leading to his eventual conviction for conspiracy to engage in racketeering related to illegal weapons trafficking.•Ran California Public Records Act campaigns against all 58 California Sheriff's Departments simultaneously after the 9th Circuit's ruling in Peruta v. County of San Diego. No litigation was necessary as I successfully negotiated or fought resistant sheriffs without attorney support.•Defended legal workarounds that effectively mooted the California Assault Weapons Ban, Large Capacity Magazine Ban, and other laws, leading to the legal importation of millions of rifles, magazines, and handguns despite strong opposition by 3 Attorneys General.•Primary contributor to campaign that killed two Sheriffs' policies that illegally discriminated against lawful permanent residents.•Worked with the strategists and attorneys behind the majority of Second Amendment jurisprudence, including 2 out of 3 landmark SCOTUS rulings in U.S. history (Heller, McDonald) and the now-famous Defense Distributed cases.

Formerly the second-largest Montessori school network in the U.S.•Hired to own immigration law and corporate governance despite zero experience in either.•Started in midst of tumultuous transition period for the company. Within 60 days, I was the entire legal department.•Primary contributor to large, multiparty due diligence processes with multiple investors on tight timelines.•Successfully obtained 212(e) No Objection Waivers for foreign national employees from multiple countries.
