I am the Legal Assistant for GMA General Counsel, two Senior Associate General Counsels, 1 Associate General Counsel and the Assistant General Counsel for the Georgia Municipal Association. The GMA Attorneys cover a broad area of expertise in the areas of Government Relations, Employee Benefits and Health Services and lobbying with Georgia Legislation that represent its member cities in Georgia.I assist attorneys that oversee the daily operations of administering multiple-employer defined benefit retirement services, defined contribution and deferred compensation plans and health benefit plans. These areas include but are not limited to preparing numerous retirement plan amendments and new plans to comply with changes in law, changes in plan design, plan conversions, asset transfers, plan terminations, early retirement incentive programs and drafting health plan documents. I work with Executive level personnel and Elected Officials throughout the state of Georgia. I manage meetings, calendars, extensive travel and other departmental activities. I also assist in large annual events hosted by the Georgia Municipal Association that provide training to thousands of elected officials for cities. I also oversee the "Certified City of Ethics" for member cities in Georgia that desire to be a part of this prestigious program,

A Woman's Worth is an organization hosted by a committee of women who share the same passion for women that are in desperate need of encouragement. This group was founded and inspired by my personal and intimate relationship with Christ and the call that He placed on my life to serve others. We are always available for invitations from small and large organizations to speak to women from ages 18 and up. AWW strives to create an atmosphere that is conducive for women to feel the peace of God which allows them the comfort to share experiences without the shame of being judged or condemned. There are not many ministries that encourage this form of HEELing (spelled to represent a woman's shoe) to women (even in many church). There is definitely a need for this type of connection; a level of trust has been established by me as the Founder/Leader and the women that have taken oaths to work with me. Legal Assistant to Five Corporate Executive General Counsels Provide support for Corporate Executive General Counsel to ensure the proper drafting of contracts for the Operations of Charter Behavioral Hospital Centers nationally. Additionally, I provided support to the other in-house Legal Counsel in the absence of the their Assistants while maintaining excellent customer service to local Charter Hospital CEO's that relied on the expertise of the corporate office.
