Providing general notary services to person(s) needing documents notarized in the state of Virginia.Also providing notary signing services for clients closing on property by assisting each signer with signing and notarize critical documents for the borrower and their lender.

Provide quality support to over 1000+ hardware and software applications to end users across 12 hospitals and affiliated medical treatment facilities in both Virginia and North Carolina. Create and maintain Crisis Management reports. Diagnose, troubleshoot, assist, and resolve an array of technical problems related to, but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, LAN/WAN, Citrix application issues, active directory, network connectivity, EPIC/eCare Instructions. Assist with password resets across multiple domains, clinical and non-clinical applications. Engage and track Priority 1/Tier1 issues by documenting issuances and providing customers with a service ticket in ServiceNow. Work closely with Tier 2 & 3 Support Technicians to assist with resolving escalated Priority 1/Tier 1 service tickets as needed. Serves as 1st Point of Contact to assist with the implementation and improvement of information systems as necessary.

Administer all aspects of GCP’s web based applications. This includes implementation, configuration, coordination, control, maintenance, security, usage monitoring, and development of specialized system processes. Provides hardware and software support to personnel remotely
