Assist Travel Advisors in various supportive functions in our multi faceted leisure, corporate and independent office. Assist American Express Customers as well as walk in clients with Financial Service transactions, including Foreign Currency Buy/Sell, Sale and Encashment of American Express Travelers Cheques, Sale of American Express Gift Cards, International Wire Transfers and Handling of Incoming Commissions. Balance US dollars, 25 Foreign Notes and other Negotiable Items, including Travelers Cheques, Gift Cheques and Gift Cards. Promote store front office with marketing tours, conventions and packages. Maintain office equipment and machines as well as office accesses and assist with scheduling of Travel Floor employees.

Performs all sales and service for in-store branch. Operates with minimal supervision and assists in all branch operations, including payroll, cash order and ATM servicing. High sales and service scores. Effective communication skills and works cohessively with staff in high traffic retail office. Adhere to all regulatory and cash handling compliances.

Open and Close Retail Store. Assist in Managing Pharmacy/Retail Store. Approve transactions as needed. Stock shelves and order merchandise. Balance cash drawers and make daily bank deposits. Order cash when needed. Assist customers with transactions of products and medication.

Manage Retail Branch Office profitably, while delivering superior customer service. Be involved in all human resource issues, including hiring, disciplinary, payroll, scheduling, mentoring and training. Submit timecards bi-weekly and assign daily duties to employees, as well as break and lunch schedules. Conduct weekly sales and motivational meeting and ensure all policy and procedures are announced and understood. Be responsible for yearly Audit and prepare annual sales plan for future growth. Oversee all Residential, Equity and Business Lending pipeline. Review all our branch assets, fee income and reversals for profitibility.
